Dr. Bill Schuler, DC

Hi, my name is Dr. Bill Schuler, and I am a Doctor who practices in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I use Applied Kinesiology and the Systems Health Care technique to analyze and interpret the health needs of the body through the use of muscle testing, nutritional support, acupressure meridian therapy, functional neurology, and proper body movement. My goal in treatment is to set you on a path to feeling like you again, before whatever injury, diagnosis, or health ailment caused you to seek out help. Proper health and energy without the constant worry about your body are key to living a full life. I have been trained to treat all types of patients ranging from children to elite athletes and believe that health can only be restored through finding the root cause of a problem and not just the symptoms being experienced. Moving beyond surface level issues by revealing old injuries, inflammation, or pain I can begin to address the real issues the body is experiencing like hormonal imbalances, poor detoxification, a weak immune system, or a myriad of other health ailments that may be the real cause of your complaints

I graduated and received my bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained my doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.  I am a former U-17 and U-20 national soccer team player where I competed in World Cups while also playing and being a four year all American at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I won a national championship at UNC and was runner up in for the Hermann trophy award for the best player in the country. I played six years professionally in Sweden, San Jose, Vancouver, and Raleigh after which I decided to hang up my boots and go to chiropractic school. While in school I learned Applied Kinesiology in order to apply the Systems Health Care technique developed by my fellow doctor, Dr. Gangemi.

I live in Carrboro, North Carolina with my girlfriend and fellow Chiropractor Jacqueline Quinto and our dog Rocky. We love to be outdoors in nature, cook healthy and delicious food, exercise in a fun way, and continue our research about health and how to better ourselves. I cannot wait to see you in the office and help make a difference in your life.
