I reached out to Dr. Schuler when I found out I have a major Thyroid problem and didn’t want to go on conventional medicine. It was extremely important for me to find the root of the problem. After 6 month of treatment, I redid the blood work and found out my TSH levels was cut in HALF and my T4 was back in normal range. I had constant back pain, stress incontinence since the birth of my kids, am in perimenopause, and he has been able to help me with all of these issues. When I fell and injured myself while jogging, he was able to help with that also. He gave me my life back. I have mixed connective tissue disease, mostly exhibiting as scleroderma, polymyositis, and severe Raynaud's syndrome. I can't begin to describe my suffering over the past 3.5 years... the pain, the tightness and loss of flexibility, the severe GERD and digestive issues, the devastating fatigue, skin issues, and more. After seeking help from one rheumatologist, three gastroenterologists, a pulmonologist, two functional medicine doctors, a nutritionist, and a surgeon, along with other medical professionals, my condition only worsened. He came highly recommended by some friends and boy were they spot on about him - he is absolutely exceptional! I had been experiencing twitching and severe cramping in my legs for several months by the time I contacted him (in addition to many musculoskeletal and digestive issues). The twitching and cramping had gotten so bad that I was jumping out of bed almost every hour. Eventually I resorted to ‘sleeping’ on the couch in a seated position with my feet on the floor. Dr. Schuler has changed my life! He took on problems that no other doctors would and has continually helped me in restoring so many things that I thought were too far gone. My quality of life has improved faster and more effectively than I could have ever hoped. My 14 year old son who plays soccer struggled with knee pain for 9 months before we found Dr. Schuler. We went to several doctors/physical therapists during that time. Within three weeks of starting to see Dr. Schuler his knee pain was gone and hasn't returned (it has been five months since our first visit.) He is very good at what he does. We highly recommend!
